ABOUT THE VENUE
ANNOUNCEMENT NIGHT SPRINT CANCELLATION ‼️
Unfortunately, we have to cancel today's Night Sprint in Munich due to the current storm warning.
Under the given circumstances, it would be too dangerous to let the race take place.
We have a responsibility towards participants, spectators and helpers. The safety of all participants is our top priority.
We regret the cancellation very much, but there is no alternative.
All registered Night Sprint participants can take part in tomorrow's Sprint or in a future Sprint in Germany or Austria for free.
The Night Sprint shirts can still be picked up tomorrow at the registration.
The forecast for tomorrow shows an improvement, and we expect the event to be held normally.
We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
Also, the race package pick-up and the festival is closed today for safety reasons.

Spartan Race is the world's biggest obstacle race. This year, the season opener in Germany will take place in the Olympic Park in Munich. Spartans will experience a unique experience at the historic sports venue with exciting races and everything a Spartan heart could desire.
The program includes the Spartan KidsRace on Friday afternoon. Children between 4-15 years old can race against each other in different distances and handle the obstacles with lots of climbing and jumping.
Other spectacular highlights include the Night Sprint on Friday evening, where Spartans get to conquer the 5km course and 20 obstacles in the dark with headlamps, and the Elite/Age Group/Open Heat sprint on Saturday.
